The oversized grand entry is flanked on one side by a study with a double pocket door and the other side by a full guest bath. From the entry one flows into the great room / kitchen combination which flows into a gameroom with a hearth and fireplace. Entering through the garage is the mud room, laundry room and guest suite. The guest suite and gameroom flank the covered balcony. The views of the Shoal Creek Greenbelt can be seen from the guest suite, balcony, gameroom and the kitchen / great room.
The second floor has a spacious master suite, 2 secondary bedrooms, a secondary bathroom, computer room and utility room.
