The original 800+ SF home built in the 1940’s was enlarged to 1710 SF of living space. The existing 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom were enlarged, the space of the original kitchen was converted into an indoor utility room, storage and pantry and a dining room was created from the existing living area. Additional space was added to the home for a new kitchen, breakfast area, great room and a spacious master suite wrapping around a larger covered outdoor entertainment deck. A carport and driveway were added. Energy efficient features added to the home included but was not limited to tankless H2O, vinyl windows, increased insulation, high energy HVAC system and energy star rated appliances. Additionally new electrical, plumbing, security system and low voltage wiring were added throughout the home.
